At Gentle Family Community Support, our Board of Directors serves as the guiding force behind our mission to support seniors and their families. As the primary policy-making and governing body, the Board plays a critical role in shaping the organization’s vision, ensuring financial accountability, and driving strategic growth.

Dianne Campbell
Dianne Campbell
Chairperson, Founder
A diligent and enthusiastic client service specialist with deep passion and commitment to providing excellent and compassionate care, coupled with a highly entrepreneurial thinking and a passion for success.
Currently the President, and CEO of Gentle family Home Care Ltd, where she is responsible for employee relationships, daily operations, financial management and customer care.
You often hear businesses say that they provide excellent customer service, but this is something that Dianne genuinely believes. Heading a healthcare business in a highly competitive industry that caters directly to seniors, requires compassion and understanding of the challenges of aging.
Prior to Gentle family, she worked at Lenbrook Industries for 23 years in various customer relationship capacity. During her career with Lenbrook Dianne has built a reputation for operational excellence, strong customer service and an attention to detail. She has earned the respect and trust of her team and have consistently delivered for the company over the years.
Her education background includes an Operation Management Diploma from Durham College and Personal Support Worker with Gates College.
Nadene John

As a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional, Nadene John brings over 20 years of experience providing exceptional support to senior- level executives and teams. With strong background in office administration, Nadene John possesses expertise in calendar management, travel coordination, and document preparation. Her excellent communication skills and warm demeanor have earned her a reputation as a trusted and approachable liaison between executives, colleagues, and clients.
Nadene holds an advanced Diploma in Business Administration from George Brown College. She is proficient in a range of software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Outside of work, Nadene enjoys volunteering in her community and pursuing hobbies that promote creativity and personal growth. Her dedication to delivering outstanding administrative support has made her and invaluable asset to our team.
Keisha Jarrett

Director
A Certified Personal Support Worker with over thirteen years of experience in public healthcare. She is passionate about building a meaningful and trustworthy relationship with clients and their families. As a personal support worker, she believes it is a self rewarding role which allows her to shine from her inner being when performing care.
She grew up in a community where giving back was the cornerstone of her upbringing. This is what makes it easier for her to lead and give direct support to our non-profit team at Gentle Family Community Support.

A highly compassionate and resolute Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with over 30 years of experience, currently specializing in neurological rehabilitation. She is very passionate about patient advocacy, known for her caring approach and commitment to providing exceptional care in public healthcare.
She brings energy and a positive attitude to work, inspiring both colleagues and clients. She is dedicated and go the extra mile to provide excellent care. She demonstrates resilience in daily practice, managing stressful and challenging situations with grace and determination. She possesses excellent clinical skills and expertise to provide safe and effective care.
Brinsley Dickson

Hailing from the Islands of (SVG) ST Vincent and the Grenadines and Trinidad, Brinsley migrated to Canada in 1972. He worked various jobs then got into Providence Centre as an Orderly from there he was fortunate to attend Humber College and pursue his nursing career as a (RPN) Registered Practical Nurse where he worked until his retirement. On arriving in Canada, he saw the need for cultural worship and started the first Spiritual Baptist Church in Canada which is still functioning. He has a passion for care, i.e. the elderly, street missions, Caribbean immigrants and anyone within the community that require service. Brinsley works well in the community in feeding the less fortunate, meeting the needs for the less fortunate, and the passion for the shut ins. He has a desire to work faithfully in this organization and fulfilling the mission statement of Gentle Family Community Support. Brinsley is looking forward to using his nursing skills to enhance the lives of others that we will be engaging with through this organization.
Akim Edwards
Akim Edwards
Treasurer
Akim is a dedicated Registered Nurse who achieved his Bachelor of Nursing degree through the partnership of Humber College and the University of New Brunswick. With experience in multiple emergency departments across Ontario, he has held various important roles that showcase his commitment to patient care. In addition to his clinical nursing expertise, Akim has inspiringly served as a clinical instructor at two colleges in Ontario, shaping the next generation of nurses. His journey extends to providing vital nursing care as a travel nurse in Indigenous remote communities.
He has also completed his Master of Nursing at the University of Windsor and is currently pursuing a PhD in nursing at Western University, driven by a passion for learning and research. His work focuses on enhancing access to healthcare for migrant farm workers, especially those from the Caribbean.
Akim’s rich professional experience and his dedication to serving minority communities exemplify his alignment with the values of this organization. His journey in Canada reflects a steadfast commitment to uplifting those in need, making him a truly valuable asset to the mission of this organization
